Looks like they are starting to bring the Live servers online. The official CE launch is not until 1pm right coast time. I will go ahead and create my characters on Thorgrim at that time. I haven't looked who is winning on the Destruction side, but I will create my toons over there as well. I want to make sure I get the names I want.

Thorgrim and Ironfist aren't on the first wave of servers. Neither is Monolith. Red Eye Mountain is up and filling up. Looks like 4 American servers are full already.
